Jd and Veronica Headcanons (Queued Post #3/7)

(Personally I don’t ship these two but if that’s your cup of tea, go for it! This is set in an Au where JD is still alive and well and they get to be friends and have a healthy relationship lol)

  • These two are ABSOLUTELY partners in crime. Who did the thing? These bitches.
  • JD calls Veronica “V” instead of “Ronnie” so Chandler doesn’t come for him
  • They’ll have periods where they don’t talk for weeks at a time, and then suddenly they’ll spend the entire weekend at Veronica’s house binge watching cartoons
  • Sometimes JD gets brought to movie nights with Betty and Martha
  • He loves to tell scary stories and bake cookies for them all
  • Whenever JD takes Veronica out for slushies, she makes him try energy drinks (it doesn’t really do anything since JD is basically noctrournal)
  • Veronica has woken up to JD blasting his saxophone in her ear with no explanation many times
  • She repays the favor by leaving ketchup packets under his pillow
  • JD is fucking TERRIFIED of Cornelius (Veronica’s snake)
  • JD likes to take Veronica out on motorcycle rides around town at night
  • Veronica knows that he really likes mayonaise for some obscure reason so she’ll leave mayo sandwiches on his doorstep as an apology whenever they fight

Chansaw Headcanon Post! (Ft. bonus announcement) (Queued Post #1/7)

Hey besties, hope you’re all doing well, just letting you know that I’ll be gone until July 15th. I’ve queued up some posts to release every few days until then. In the mean time, hope you enjoy!

Chansaw:

  • She’ll never admit it, but Heather thinks Veronica looks adorable when she wears the monocle
  • Veroinca has stolen so many of Heather’s blazers
  • These two stay up talking on the phone for hours talking about anything and everything almost every night
  • The first time they kissed was after the sleepover where they all got drunk, but neither of them remembered it (that they were willing to admit) so nothing happened
  • Veronica made Chandler a red and blue heart pattern bracelet for her birthday, which she refuses to take off
  • Chandler painted a portrait of Veronica for her birthday. Veronica framed it and keeps it on her nightstand
  • Heather is 90% of Veronica’s (superbly shitty) impulse control
  • Only Heather is allowed to call Veronica Ronnie. If anyone else (especially JD) tries, she’ll put their head on a spike
  • Veronica calls Heather ‘princess’ in private (and sometimes in public just to piss her off)
  • They’re very sparse with PDAs. You’ll hardly ever see them touch. (Being gay in the 80s in rural Ohio was not it)
  • In private is a whole other story. When Heather and Veronica are alone, they’re all over each other and it’s almost impossible to untangle them.
  • Heather loves playing with Veronica’s hair
  • When her super strong lavender perfume was bothering Veronica, she changed it to vanilla instead
  • About half of Veronica’s wardrobe lives at Heather’s house
  • One time at a Veronica-free sleepover Heather called Veronica to wish her goodnight
  • Mac and Duke told her to just admit she had a crush and call it a day, and Chandler got really mad and said it was perfectly normal to say goonight to her friends
  • Mac and Duke were like “hmm ok Heather” (Chandler had never ever done that for them in all their years of friendship)

people need to realize that the “reblogs > likes” discussion is primarily for artists and creators on here. nobody really cares if you like a shitpost and then just scroll past. we’re talking about the way artists are under-represented on here and aren’t getting nearly enough visibility for the work they do. we’re talking about how the number of artists who post on here is dwindling significantly because no one uses the reblog button. social media has quickly become homogenized in recent years and the reblog function is a remnant of a creator-based platform. i know likes aren’t completely useless, i know they serve a function when it comes to saving posts or sending love to mutuals but they do not help artists get seen. they do not help us in very tangible ways. i couldn’t care less about whether or not you reblog a silly text post, but it is hard enough as it is in this age, in this economy to be an artist without people pretending like every little bit doesn’t help. anyway
